Camp fire girls - Vest identification
The blue felt vest was introduced in 1946 as part of the new "Service Costume", consisting of:
blue felt vest
white blouse (with Camp Fire Girls emblem on pocket)
navy skirt (with CFG emblem)
red neckerchief (with CFG emblem).

American Lung Association Emblem
Bluebird Fly-up emblem
This vest has the Golden Jubilee Honor (green patch on shoulder) earned between 1959-1961.
The CFG Service Emblem (white patch) begin with World War II and continued several years.
